A qualitative and quantitative approach to evaluating the board

Case Rose International’s Board Evaluation is a facilitated process tailored around our client’s needs. The process finds its foundations in a parallel salient mapping as descibed above, yet adding to it a comprehensive assessment of each individual Board member as well as on the team collaboration on the Board as a whole. We have experience with advising most governance structures:
