We engage in all facets of strategic board consulting. When conducting Board / Non-executive Director searches, our process ensures structure and flexibility at the same time.

The process encompasses the identification of the organization’s Values – Goals – Strategy – Cross-Organizational KPIs – Tactics – Operations.

Next stage includes a mapping of the Board on competencies presen, level of independence, representation of diversity, etc., followed by drawing a profile of the current as well as the optimal future Board.

During the entire process we make sure to address all relevant constituents and align all stakeholders’ expectations. This is obviously equally relevant in the Identification, Selection and Onboarding phases, and thus of equal high priority for us.
